Project Description

NESPAK has been re-engaged by the Naval Housing Scheme (NHS) for the design and construction supervision of high-rise towers and development of 30 acres of land of NHS Phase-IV at PNS Karsaz, Karachi. Mr. M. Arif Changezi, General Manager/Head and Ms. Samina Butt, Chief Architect, Architecture and Planning Division, Karachi made a presentation to Vice Admiral Khan Hasham, Vice Chief of Naval Staff, D. G. Housing and other officials of Pakistan Navy on September 17, 2015. The proposed design was well appreciated and approved by the Chief of Naval Staff, Admiral Muhammad Zakaullah. Five high-rise residential towers have been designed for retired navy officers with a covered area of 300,000 sft./tower under the project costing Rs. 3 billion. The amendment to the contract agreement was signed by the Pakistan Navy and NESPAK in November 2015.
