The project having capacity of 40 MIGD will transmit desalinated water from Al-Khobar Desalination Plant to Jabal Abu Ghanimah near Hofuf city through a 136 km long steel pipeline of 1,422 mm diameter. NESPAK carried out detailed design & tender documents, tender evaluation as the main consultant to SalineWater Conversion Corporation. Currently, NESPAK has been engaged for design review and construction supervision of the project. The project costing SR 600 million is scheduled to be completed by December 2003.
