Experience

Since NESPAK's inception in 1973, over 300 projects have been secured in the Public Health Engineering Sector. Apart from undertaking prestigious jobs in Pakistan, it has provided engineering services on projects in Afghanistan, Ghana, Iran, Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, Nigeria, Oman, Sudan, Syria, Tanzania and UAE.

The cumulative experience of NESPAK related to this Sector is as follows:

Water Supply : 180 projects comprising gravity/force mains and distribution networks of various materials of 13,150 km total length, 90 water works, pumping stations, treatment plants, various ground and overhead reservoirs and water supply dams.

Sewerage : 118 sewerage projects comprising trunk and collection sewers of various materials of 11,900 km total length, 45 sewage treatment plants, various pumping/lift stations and out-fall structures.

Drainage : 90 drainage projects comprising 2,800 km length of drains of different sizes along with collection and disposal systems.

Solid Waste Management : 20 solid waste management projects comprising studies, data collection & analysis, waste quantification and characterization, planning and design of solid waste, transfer and disposal stations, selection and design of sanitary landfill sites and design of equipment for transportation and processing for generation of fuel/gas through incineration process.

Plumbing : 54 plumbing projects comprising high-rise buildings, hospitals, schools, office buildings, sports complexes and recreational facilities.

Industrial Wastes : 10 industrial wastes management projects comprising waste water collection, treatment and disposal systems, wastewater treatment plants for tanneries, pulp and paper mills, reclamation of wastewater, procurement, inspection, installation of treatment plants along with their related electrical and mechanical equipment.
