WANTED TECHNICAL STAFF

National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt.) Limited (NESPAK), a leading International Engineering Consultancy requires the services of Engineers/Professionals for its following Divisions on contract basis:

GEOTECHNICAL & GEOENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERING DIVISION:

  1. DAM SPECIALISTS: M.Sc. Engineering (Civil) from a recognized university with 20 years of overall experience with 15 years relevant experience in design and construction of Dams, Barrages and Embankments.

  2. RESIDENT  ENGINEERS (CIVIL): B.Sc. Civil Engineering from a recognized university with of 10 years of relevant experience in construction of Dams, Barrages and Hydropower Plants.

  3. SENIOR/PRINCIPAL ENGINEERS (CONTRACTS): B.Sc. Engineering from a recognized university preferably in Civil Engineering with 8 years of experience in administration/interpretation of contracts, preferably on construction of Mega Projects.

  4. SENIOR/PRINCIPAL ENGINEERS (CONTROL & INSTRUMENTATION): B.Sc. Civil Engineering/Electrical from a recognized university with 15 years of overall experience having 8 years experience in Control & Instrumentation work on construction of Hydroelectric Power Plants, Dams, Barrages, etc.

  5. SENIOR ENVIRONMENTAL ENGINEERS: M.Sc. Environmental Engineering with B.Sc. Engineering in any discipline from a recognized university with 2 years relevant experience. Proficiency in use of relevant computer softwares will be preferred.

  6. SENIOR ENGINEERS (PLANNING/SCHEDULING): B.Sc. Civil Engineering from a recognized university having 5 years relevant experience in Planning/Scheduling on Construction Projects.

  7. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEERS (ELECTRICAL): B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized university having 5 years relevant experience in electrical works and equipment on construction of Hydroelectric Power Plants, Dams and Barrages.

  8. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEERS (MECHANICAL): B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical) from a recognized university having minimum of 5 years relevant experience in fabrication & installation of mechanical equipment on construction of Hydroelectric Power Plants, Dams, Barrages, etc.

  9. ASSISTANT RESIDENT ENGINEERS (CIVIL/TUNNELS): B.Sc. Engineering (Civil or equivalent) from a recognized university having 5 years relevant experience in construction of Dams, Barrages, Hydroelectric Power Plants, etc.

  10. JUNIOR/SENIOR ENGINEERS: B.Sc. Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, Geological, Environmental) degree from a recognized university having up to 5 years experience. Candidates with less than 1 year experience are required with CGPA of 3.00 and above, candidates having more than 1 year experience are required with minimum CGPA of 2.80.

  11. GIS/REMOTE SENSING ANALYST: B.Sc. (Hons) in Space Sciences or equivalent having at least one year or more experience with minimum CGPA 3.00.

  12. JUNIOR GEO-PHYSICIST: M.Sc. Geology Specialization in Geo-Physics/M.Sc. Geo Physics having minimum 2 years experience in Geo-Physical Surveys.

WATER RESOURCES DIVISION:

  1. JUNIOR ENGINEER: B.Sc. Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university up to 3 years experience in Hydraulics, Hydrology, Irrigation, Sedimentation, Groundwater with minimum CGPA of 3.00.

  2. JUNIOR/SENIOR ENGINEER (WATER RESOURCES): B.Sc. in Civil/Agriculture Engineering preferably M.Sc. in relevant field from a recognized university (local or foreign) having 3 to 15 years experience in Hydraulics, Hydrology, Irrigation, Sedimentation and Groundwater.

  3. SENIOR/PRINCIPAL WATER RESOURCES ENGINEER: B.Sc. Civil Engineering preferably M.Sc./Ph.D in Water Resources Engineering from a recognized university having more than 15 years of experience in Hydraulics, Hydrology, Irrigation, Sedimentation and Groundwater.

  4. REMOTE SENSING AND GIS ANALYST: B.Sc./M.Sc. Space Science/GIS/Geomatics/Geoinformatics & Computer Science or similar field equivalent to 16 years of education with minimum 3.00 CGPA having 2 to 4 years experience with indepth knowledge of GIS, Remote Sensing, Digital Image Processing & Surveying. The candidate should have understanding of ArcGIS, ERDAS Imagine  AutoCad softwares.

  5. GIS EXPERT: B.Sc./M.Sc. Space Science/GIS/Geomatics/Geoinformatics & Computer Science or similar field equivalent to 16 years of education having 4 to 10 years experience in GIS & MIS application development on national & international projects. The candidate should have capabilities to lead GIS-MIS web GIS projects.

  6. JUNIOR/SENIOR SURVEY ENGINEER: B.Sc. Civil Engineering with indepth knowledge of Surveying, Terrain Modeling, Mapping and survey data post processing. Candidates having 4 to 7 years experience in state-of-the-art surveying equipments (GNSS, Total Station, Digital Level) and software such as Leica Geo Office, AutoCad, Eagle Point, ArcGIS and Global Mapper will be preferred.

  7. GEOMATICS SPECIALIST: B.Sc. in Space Sciences/Geoinformatics/Geomatics/GIS equivalent to 16 years of education preferably M.Sc. in Photogrammetry or Geoinformatics having indepth knowledge of Surveying, Terrain Modeling, Mapping and survey data post processing. Candidates having foreign degree and working experience of 2 to 5 years in state-of-the-art surveying equipments (GNSS, Laser Scanner, Total Station, Digital Level) and software such as Leica Geo Office, AutoCad, Eagle Point, ArcGIS and Global Mapper will be given preference.

  8. JUNIOR/SENIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR/ENGINEER: BS/B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering equivalent to 16 years of education preferably Masters in Computer Sciences or equivalent from a recognized university having 3 to 7 years experience preferably CCNA, MCP, CCNP, MCITP, RHCE certified and experience in maintaining large network systems/server machines (failover clustering) installation and configuration.

  9. JUNIOR NETWORK ADMINISTRATOR/ENGINEER: BS/B.Sc. in Computer Sciences/Engineering equivalent to 16 years of education preferably Masters in Computer Sciences or equivalent) from a recognized university with minimum CGPA 3.00 preferably CCNA, MCP, CCNP, MCITP, RHCE certified and up to 3 years experience in maintaining large network systems/server machines (failover clustering) installation and configuration.

AGRICULTURE DIVISION:

  1. HORTICULTURIST: M.Sc./Ph.D in Horticulture having 10 to 15 years experience in project development plans, landscape & development of parks, green belts, orchards, vegetable cultivation, ornamental trees, Horticulture & establishment of resources in irrigated project at farm and town level. The candidate having Ph.D and experience of planning & designing of landscape shall be preferred.

  2. SOIL SCIENTIST: M.Sc./Ph.D in Soil Sciences having up to 2 years experience in soil survey, soil classification and evaluation of land capability classification and crop suitability rating for the planning of irrigation and agriculture development projects. The candidates having Ph.D in Soil Sciences shall be preferred.

  3. SOCIOLOGIST: M.A/M.Sc. in Sociology having 5 to 8 years of working experience with Consultants/NGO’s in the field of project planning, social development, initial social assessment (ISA) and implementation.

  4. AGRONOMIST: M.Sc. (Hons) in Agriculture having up to 2 years of experience with minimum CGPA of 3.25. The candidate having experience in the field of Benefit Monitoring and Evaluation of Flood Protection and Hill Torrents Management shall be preferred.

POWER & MECHANICAL DIVISION:

  1. SENIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL): B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized university having atleast 10 years experience in designing of transmission lines.

  2. SENIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL): B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized university having atleast 10 years experience in substation control & protection schemes.

  3.  SENIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL): B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized university having atleast 10 years experience in substation design.

  4. SENIOR ENGINEER (MECHANICAL): B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical) from a recognized university having atleast 5 years experience in metal mechanical works for fabrication & installation preferably at a steel liner factory.

  5. JUNIOR ENGINEER (MECHANICAL): B.Sc. Engineering (Mechanical) from a recognized university having at least 3 years experience in metal mechanical works for fabrication & installation preferably at a steel liner factory.

  6. JUNIOR/SENIOR I&C ENGINEERS: B.Sc. Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Control Systems/ Mechatronics / Telecommunication from a recognized university having upto 10 years relevant experience.

FOR MUSCAT PROJECTS: 

  1. SENIOR ENGINEER (ELECTRICAL): B.Sc. Engineering (Electrical) from a recognized university with atleast 12 years experience out of which atleast 10 years in the field of street lighting or other relevant fields.

KARACHI OFFICE: 

  1. SENIOR ARCHITECTS: Bachelors in Architecture preferably Masters in Architecture degree from a recognized university having atleast 10 to 15 years experience with a reputable firm preferably in handling of large projects independently.

  2. JUNIOR/SENIOR ARCHITECTS: Bachelors in Architecture degree having atleast 1 to 5 years design experience in Building Works.

  3. DESIGN ENGINEERS (STRUCTURES): M.Sc. Structural Engineering degree from a recognized university having atleast 1 to 5 years experience in design of Buildings / Infrastructure works.

  4. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEERS (ELECTRICAL): B.Sc./M.Sc. Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized university having atleast 15 years experience in design of large projects including HV/MV/LV Distribution Network, External & Internal Electrification, Airfield Lighting & Substations.

  5. SENIOR DESIGN ENGINEERS (INFRASTRUCTURE): B.Sc./M.Sc. Civil Engineering degree from a recognized university having atleast 10 to 15 years relevant experience in carrying out planning and designing of water supply, sanitary sewer, water and waste water treatment plants.

  6. JUNIOR/SENIOR ENGINEERS (DESIGN & CONSTRUCTION): B.Sc. Civil/Electrical Engineering degree from a recognized university having atleast 1 to 5 years relevant experience in Buildings/Infrastructure works.

  7.  JUNIOR ENGINEERS (CIVIL/MECHANICAL): B.Sc. Civil/Mechanical Engineering from a recognized university having 1 year or less experience in design with minimum CGPA of 3.25.

ARCHITECTURE & PLANNING DIVISION KARACHI:

  1. CITY & REGIONAL PLANNERS/TOWN PLANNERS: Bachelors degree in City & Regional Planning/Town Planning preferably Masters from a recognized university with atleast 5 years experience in Physical Planning, Urban & Regional Planning/designing, Urban Studies, Housing Policy, Development Studies, Feasibility Studies, etc. Candidates with excellent report writing skills and familiarity with AutoCAD, ArcGIS and other relevant softwares shall be preferred.

  2. SENIOR ARCHITECTS: Bachelors in Architecture from a recognized university with atleast 5 years of experience in a well reputed Architectural firm. Candidates should be exceptionally good in design, presentation drawings/detailing and coordination. Additional experience in landscape & interior designing would be given preference. Also he/she must be fully familiar with relevant Architectural softwares.

  3. SITE ENGINEERS (CIVIL): Bachelors in Civil Engineering from a recognized university with atleast 5 years of site experience in building projects. Candidates must be fully conversant with Contract & Construction Management. Also he/she must be well aware with essential planning tools such as M.S Project/Primavera etc. Qualified candidates from Balochistan shall be preferred.

MBA PROFESSIONALS: MBA Professionals to be based in Lahore on contract basis having degree from HEC recognized universities, preferably from reputed foreign universities. Candidates having a minimum of 4 years experience in the field of HR/Administration/General Services with age no more than 40 years may apply. Candidates should be computer literate and well-versed in handling workload related to managerial tasks assigned from time to time and willing to work in the field since a lot of outstation traveling will be involved. He/she must be fluent in English with excellent communication (both writing/speaking) & interpersonal skills.
