The Employer, National Engineering Services Pakistan (Pvt)
Limited (NESPAK), invites sealed bids from the
qualified, reputed and well established drilling
Contractors registered with Pakistan Engineering Council
(PEC) in the appropriate category, for Geotechnical
Investigations of Grade Separation Facility at
Junction of Shalimar Link Road/Canal Bank Road/ Railways
at Mughalpura. Bids are solicited from the
Contractors who can carryout Geotechnical Investigations
as per the latest standards and specifications like
ASTM, British Standards, USBR Earth Manual and NESPAK
Technical Specifications for Geotechnical
Investigations, as spelled out in the Bid Document. The
work is required to be completed within 30 days
(including field and laboratory testing) of issuance of
Employer/Engineer’s Notice to Commence.
A complete set of Bidding Documents can be

from the Employer’s website (www.nespak.com.pk) or
PPRA’s website (www.ppra.org.pk) free of cost. All bids
must be accompanied by a Bid Security in the amount of
2% of total bid price and must be delivered at or before
10:00 hours on July 16, 2008 at the following

Bids will be opened at 11:00 hours on the same
day in the in the presence of bidders representatives
who choose to attend, at the same address. The Employer
reserves the right to accept or reject any or all the
bids without assigning any reason whatsoever.
