All registered Survey & Mapping companies are hereby invited to submit their competitive quotations for Peshawar Northern Bypass for the following Scope of Works in accordance with attached specifications / sketch:-

1) Setting out of centre line & ROW boundary at 100 m interval including main points of curve i.e. TS/PC/ST/PT for a length of approx. 25 km.

2) Fixing of ROW concrete markers ~900 Nos.

The rates for setting out of centre line & ROW boundary plus fixing of ROW markers shall include compensation for supply, transportation of all material, fixing of precast ROW markers including excavation / backfilling (compacted) and casting in-situ concrete base, salary of staff and costs of labour, tools, profit, overhead, taxes and incidental charges necessary to complete the work in all respect to the entire satisfaction of NESPAK and also to meet the requirements of item No. 610 of NHAs’ Specifications. All survey activities shall be supervised by NESPAK Surveyors. The completion time shall be 45 days from date of commencement. Sealed quotation will be received on the following address by July 6, 2009 at 10:30 hours and will be opened on the same date at 11:30 hours.
